Cancellation and refunds

1. Digital Products

All courses, PDFs, videos, and downloadable materials are delivered instantly after purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for digital products once access is granted, except for:

  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Duplicate payments
  • Unauthorized charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Live Classes

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.
  • Missed live classes are not refundable.

4. Refund Process

Contact: support@persianprime.net with:

  • Full name
  • Email associated with account
  • Order number
  • Issue description

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (5–10 business days depending on the bank).
